Backroom Sessions
During my Artist Relations and Marketing Internship with Backroom Sessions I had the opportunity to oversee their “Artist Open Call” roll out. During this roll out I personally worked with over 300 artists to book studio sessions and compile data of artist info, handling sound and video recording for each artist. During the internship I helped with program pitching to new venues as well as coming up with artist line-ups that would fit into venue and event niches. This included sending out contracts for show bookings, and during events, coordinating artist check-ins and setting up green rooms. On-site I also handled merchandising, social media coverage, and ticket giveaways.
